By downloading, installing, or using the Sculptor app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. App Usage
The App provides AI-powered fitness tracking and workout guidance. While we strive for accuracy in rep counting and form analysis, the App's suggestions and measurements should not be considered medical advice. Users should exercise according to their physical capabilities and consult healthcare professionals when necessary.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Privacy and Data Collection
Your privacy is important to us. All workout videos and movement data are processed directly on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. The AI analysis happens locally on your device. We only collect basic usage data to improve the app experience, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You maintain full control over your workout data at all times.
5. AI Technology
Our AI technology is designed to assist with workout tracking and form guidance. While we continuously improve our algorithms, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in rep counting or form analysis. Users should use their judgment when following AI-generated recommendations.
6. Subscription and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment processing are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellations and refunds are subject to their respective policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and AI algorithms, is the property of Sculptor and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sculptor is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the App. Users exercise at their own risk and should stop immediately if they experience pain or discomfort.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
